Please see below the Terms & Conditions of our delivery. Our workshop-studio is in Russia, and we ship clothes from there.
SHIPMENT INFORMATIONAll orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
MASSTAK delivers clothes all over the world with the help of RUSSIAN POST (pochta.ru). International deliveries via the post office usually take from 14-30 business days. We also can choose the delivery service of your choice upon request.
Delivery within Russia is carried out by RUSSIAN POST or CDEK and usually takes from 1 to 3 working days from the moment the order is sent. We also can choose the delivery service of your choice upon request.
When we have a large volume of orders, then the shipment can be delayed for several days. Please be aware that delivery may take longer in this case. In the event of a significant delay, we will contact you by e-mail.
SHIPMENT TRACKINGAs soon as the order is ready for shipment, clients receive a notification with the tracking number.
SHIPPING CHARGESShipping charges for your order will be calculated at the end of the checkout process.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATIONOnce your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation e-mail.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXESMASSTAK is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). These expenses are calculated according to the state regulations and should be covered by you upon delivery.
DELIVERY AUTHORIZATIONUpon delivery of every order, Clients are asked to inspect the package BEFORE signing for the receipt. If the Client receives a box that had been opened by the Custom or by the Courier from external inspections, the parcel would be resealed with a control security seal. For any reason, if the package looks tampered with or the official adhesive tape is NOT intact, either sign for the package with reservations or refuse the package. In the event, that the package has been signed for with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence that the package has been tampered with, be sure to open a claim immediately with the local logistic office and contact us at
yo@masstak.comUNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERYIf for any reason, an order from MASSTAK is not successfully delivered to the Client’s address due to a lack of cooperation from the client (wrong telephone number, wrong address, absent at address, non-compliance with import regulations) as per the commercial agreement, the package risks being sent back to MASSTAK at the Client’s expense including any import fees that may be assessed. These fees will be deducted from any eventual reimbursement.
